Sifter Inspection Program

When critical equipment breaks down or begins to wear, it can lead to product leakage, contamination, and even machine failure. Preventative measures to inspect and maintain your sifters are both a necessity and an investment into your equipment and products. Many Great Western sifters in operation today have been running for 60+ years with proper maintenance procedures!

Preventative maintenance requires regular inspections with a trained eye. Our certified technicians are trained to provide a complete system inspection and diagnosis of Great Western machinery, providing your maintenance team with instruction on regular upkeep, issues to watch for, and more. A proactive approach with Great Western’s expert technicians on your side will ensure you peace of mind for smooth production performance for years to come.

Great Western Manufacturing’s Sifter Inspection Programs are designed to assist your operation’s preventative maintenance needs with three different flexible service packages.

Within any plan, sifters may be scheduled for inspection services while in or out of production. All
inspections include:

  • Thorough examination of each sifter scheduled for inspection in order of priority as set by your company.
  • Great Western Technician advisement on all sifter performance questions and review of your company’s preventative maintenance plan.
  • As time allows, Great Western Technicians will provide onsite training for regular and preventative maintenance.
  • Detailed report outlining sifter performance levels, including a recommendation for any suggested repairs or maintenance

Our Sifter Inspection Programs:

  • Prevent Downtime before it takes its toll.
  • Prolong the service life of your sifter – well-maintained Great Western sifters have been proven to last over sixty years (and counting!).
  • Reduce the financial demand of equipment upkeep.
  • Allow you to schedule maintenance around your production schedule.

Flexible scheduling allows you to plan your inspection and maintenance calls around your production schedule, and subsequently plan around any down time.
