Metal Frame Free Swinging Sifter
- Sanitary operation and easy cleanout is assured through careful design with no ledges or unsealed gaps. Dust-tight aluminum doors and crevice-free joints also help assure the best in sanitation.
- With Gazel construction, the sifters consist of fully assembled sieve compartments, which require no field assembly, and a central drive. The simple and reliable drive allows easy adjustment of the working circle either by changing the position of the weights or adding/removing weights as required.
- Maintaining a securely compressed sieve stack is critical to proper sifter operation, leak-free performance, and maximizing sieve frame life. The sturdy Gazel press top with mechanical press top operators ensures uniform compression and is easily operated or serviced from the sifter’s exterior.
- The bottom distributor routes the separated products to the outlets as needed. Standard European, or on request, North American standard outlet arrangements are available.
- Great Western offers the widest variety of sieve sizes and types to best suit your production and maintenance needs. Constructed with select poplar lumber or food grade plastic, sieves are available with numerous options to meet your application requirements.
