Lift-Out Sieves are designed for screen trays that can be removed and replaced without a lengthy process or specialized tools. The screen trays, set flush within the sieve frame, align perfectly with the pan below. This creates a space-effective sieve stack with multiple separations allowed. With easily removed screen trays, sieves stacks can be adapted to fit different application requirements without requiring full sieve replacement.

Lift-Out Tray Sieve
Lift-out tray sieves are available in natural wood, laminated wood, or Food Grade Plastic. Trays are made from wood or aluminum and both materials allow for the choice of stapled-on or glued-on screens in any Lift-out tray. Wooden sieves with lift-out trays can have wooden or aluminum lift-out trays.
For improving sanitation while retaining the ease of quickly replaceable trays, a food-grade plastic sieve with an aluminum tray offers a higher level of sanitation than natural wooden trays. These can be furnished for both hand-stretched and stapled-on screen attachments. Additionally, they can be mechanically stretched for glued-on attachment.

The lift-out tray sieve features a sieve frame constructed of the material and channel type that fits your sizing requirements and other needs. Screens are set directly into the sieve frame, atop the pan and flush with the frame top.
